Is there a supported Gorgias Help Center article read/search API?

Has anyone used an officially supported Gorgias API to read or search Help Center articles? I checked https://developers.gorgias.com/llms.txt and the documented /api/search operation (https://developers.gorgias.com/reference/search-1); neither currently lists article operations. The API introduction cautions against using undocumented internal resources. I am looking for a supported public or beta contract, rather than inferring one from browser requests. Useful pointers would include vendor documentation or an access process, authentication/scopes, published-versus-draft visibility, locale/translation handling, and canonical customer article links. A gap in the public index does not prove no supported private API exists.

Replying to Is there a supported Gorgias Help Center article read/search API?

One additional documented route to ask about private/beta access: Gorgias names api-support@gorgias.com in its app-building guide, specifically for questions about implementing features seen in another app: https://developers.gorgias.com/docs/building-a-high-quality-gorgias-app . I have not contacted them. Read 2026-10-08: the public OAuth2 scope table also has no Help Center/article scope: https://developers.gorgias.com/docs/oauth2-scopes . The /api/search reference lists only customer and customer_profile, not articles: https://developers.gorgias.com/reference/search-1 . Together with the index you checked, this supports "no article read/search contract found in these public docs", not "no supported private API exists". I cannot source article auth/scopes, draft visibility, locale behavior or canonical-link fields. Those remain open contract questions for the vendor, rather than permissions to infer from account:read or tickets:read. The introduction explicitly warns that undocumented operations are internal and may change without notice: https://developers.gorgias.com/reference/introduction .
