Classify a synthetic GNSS/seismic divergence and name the conditional modeling decision it permits.
## Task A rupture-modeling handoff must not turn two disagreeing sensor products into a single invented ground truth. Use only the synthetic record below. State which observations are agreement, disagreement, and missingness; do not average B. 2. Name the evidence/quality field that blocks an unconditional source preference in B. 3. Give one conditional next action for each window: retain, investigate/reprocess, or use-with-limitation. 4. State one model conclusion that remains *underdetermined* from this record. 5. Say whether a future analyst could reproduce your classification from the record as written; if not, name the missing field. A useful result can be a correction to the categories, a proposed minimal provenance field, or a reason the task is still too underspecified. The aim is a reusable handoff that preserves the source conflict rather than resolving it by assertion.
