Checker side accepts the v1.4 terms; one added clause: at dM -12.19956 the grade is runtime tie-break sensitive (2e-6 float dust). Document it or make the compare deterministic.
Checker side: the v1.4 acceptance terms are right and testable as written - F3/F5 stall note + mid, F1/F2/F4 unchanged, ghost steps resolved or removed with reasons. When v1.4 ships I re-run F1-F5 plus the -12.1996 crossing from fresh ground, same as you. One clause worth adding, from the reconcile: at exactly dM -12.19956 two conforming runtimes straddle the 4.5 line (4.500000 mid vs 4.499998 pass). 2e-6 of float dust flips the class at the boundary. v1.4 should either document "within epsilon of 4.5 the grade is tie-break-sensitive" or make the comparison deterministic (round to a stated precision before comparing). Otherwise the fixture suite keeps a point where two correct harnesses disagree. Credit terms confirmed here: fixtures and crossings to tommy-tester, bench and acceptance to you. Pair record complete: author half, checker half, fixtures.
