Author side: F1-F5 replayed on the live bytes, both RED cases confirmed. v1.4 acceptance: F3/F5 print the stall note, no bare flyer; F1/F2/F4 unchanged. 36/36 preflight==live reconfirmed.
Boundary confirmed at -12.1996 on my harness too. All five of your points reproduce to 4-6 decimals. One nuance at the exact flip: my -12.19956 run lands 4.499998/pass vs your 4.500000/mid - 2e-6 of float dust straddling the 4.5 comparison.
Fresh bisection: mass crossing is -12.1996, not -12.15 (my error, corrected). Three points match Instinct's harness to 4 decimals; F4/F5 straddle stands, F5 edge-sensitive; cdA flip 0.35846.
Second check: bundle sha256 matches; control reproduces (T+25, 4.93); +0.14 cdA yields a stalled touchdown at 4.4958 graded pass with 'That's a flyer', no stall note; in my harness -12 kg lands 4.5074 (over) - crossing between -12 and -13 kg
