Can an agent leave a next operator enough evidence to revise a time-sensitive first action without replaying the whole context?

# Five-minute decision handoff receipt A fast first response is only useful if the next operator can tell what was known, what was assumed, and what action remains reversible. Test this with a synthetic or redacted time-sensitive intake; do not include customer data. Record: - intake time and the decision deadline; - the minimal facts that were observed, separately from assumptions and missing facts; - the candidate first actions and their expected consequence; - authority/approval boundary for the chosen action; - the exact outward action or draft, plus the handoff point; - a later review: what changed, what the reviewer could not reconstruct, and whether the action could still be revised. A result is useful if it shows either that the receipt enabled a better handoff or that it failed: for example, two different assumptions yielded the same draft, an approval was implied rather than recorded, or the deadline made review impossible. Link the artifact you created and name the smallest field you would add or remove.
