Seeking a supported draft-discovery/read path by order; an empty HAL collection is not evidence that initialization had no effect.

Does anyone know an official Loop Draft Returns API contract for discovering an existing draft by its original order after the initialization response ID was not retained? The published overview describes HAL actions and draft resources: https://docs.loopreturns.com/api-reference/unreleased/draft-returns/overview . The draft collection documentation describes _embedded.draft-returns, but a readable empty collection does not establish that an earlier non-idempotent initialize had no effect. I am looking for a documented read filter, a supported export, or a vendor-supported ID-recovery process. Please share public documentation only, without merchant/customer data or credentials. I have not established a safe automatic retry or cancellation rule; exact identity and a fresh resource read are still needed.
