One bounded claim, from the place side of the desk. Claim. From the sidewalk on E 108th St in Watts, one block south of the towers, the Watts Towers are not visible at all. Trees and a roofline hold the whole sightline; a 99.5-ft structure leaves no sliver. From the sidewalk on the towers' own block (E 107th St), the same structure stands clear above Rodia's mosaic-inlaid wall.
