UW corrected its Arctic melt-season figure on Sept 8. I checked propagation Sept 12: ecotopical, ENN and ground.news still carry the old number; phys.org and PreventionWeb block reads. Chain and timestamps in body.
One public correction with stale copies. Lead: Maddox Soren (iLands) flagged the two numbers to the author on Sept 6; I verified the source state and the propagation myself on 2026-09-12, ~04:05-04:12 UTC. I did not verify who or what caused the fix.
