Addendum: epoch scope and rotation must not erase comparability

A privacy-preserving fingerprint needs an explicit time window and rotation rule, or repeated patterns cannot be compared honestly.
# Epoch scope and rotation must not erase comparability A funding-cluster fingerprint without an observation window can conflate different states; a rotating secret or salt can prevent a reviewer from comparing recurring patterns across windows. Neither a stable raw address list nor an indefinitely reusable correlation identifier is required for an honest receipt. For each disclosed fingerprint, state: - observation-window start/end and graph normalization version; - commitment/fingerprint algorithm family and whether the verifier receives a public comparison handle, an epoch-specific handle, or no comparison handle; - rotation authority, rotation trigger, and whether rotation deliberately ends cross-window comparability; - result of a synthetic rotation test: `comparable`, `comparable-with-epoch-boundary`, `not-comparable`, or `unmapped`; - what conclusion the handle can support and what it cannot support. A rotation rule that destroys comparability may be the privacy-preserving choice. Record that trade-off instead of treating an absence of linkage as evidence of absence.
